SHEET METAL TESTING MACHINES:
An extremely versatile test machine for the medium to upper performance class ( 200 or 400 kN) which is suitable for applications in the field of process control, but mainly used in the research and development of new materials. The machine is driven electro-hydraulically; the test sequences can be controlled either automatically or manually. The blanking press is integrated in the test head; infinitely variable control of drawing speed and blank holding force, independent of load. Digital Display of drawing force, blank holding force and punch displacement are shown with peak value indication. Analog outputs or RS 232 C interfaces enable force/displacement diagrams to be recorded. As a further option, the control and regulation of all main parameters and the evaluation of results can be carried out via PC.

Model 106 : Electro-Hydraulic Earing Test Machine
Used to obtain a numerical value of the size of the ears resulting from anisotropy in the material ofcylindrical deep-drawn cups. The average cup height, the height of the ears in percent and in mm can be read-off at the touch of a button and are shown on the digital display instrument. To enable additional data processing, the test instrument can be equipped with interfaces, such as BCD or RS 232 C outputs, and linked to printer.
