We are the leading bulk supplier of Borosilicate Test Tubes from India. Test Tubes are made from high heat resistant and chemical resistant Borosilicate glass tubing and are manufactured by completely automatic German machines which are capable of producing up to 1.2 tons of tubes in 24 hours.

The first stage of manufacturing these tubes constitute sorting of glass tubing by loading them on the automatic sorting machines which sorts them by weight in a close tolerance of 2 GMS. This results in grouping of tube lengths by uniform weights.

After cutting the edges, these tubing are loaded on to automatic test tube making machines. These German machines work in a close tolerance and at a high speed so as to give a quality and quantity at the same time. These machines can manufacture round or flat bottom Test Tubes with or without flared lip.

After downloading the Test Tubes from machines, if required, customer logo is printed on these Test Tubes by a fully-automatic machine. This printing is ceramic scratch proof and can be done in any single color. The most common colors used are white, rust and medium blue.

After logo printing, these Test Tubes are then annealed in a controlled electric furnace at temperature exceeding 500 degree Celsius to avoid breakage of external and internal cracks due to thermal shocks. This heating chamber is homogenous in nature so that every piece of glass Test Tube is properly annealed.

After annealing, each Test Tube is checked and packed hygienically by gloved hands in honeycomb packing of usually 100 pieces per box in a dust proof room.

After packing, these Test Tubes are again randomly checked by our quality control officers to ensure that they measure up to international quality standards.

Various sizes of Test Tubes are manufactured by us for use in clinical laboratories and educational institutes.
